A generally hillier course, our 12 week float San Francisco Marathon plan prepares you accordingly for the rigours this race brings.
During your training, we incorporate numerous and varied interval and tempo sessions with increasingly longer sets, adapting both the mind and legs to withstand the continuous jarring this marathon brings.
We gradually build up your cardio and muscular strength as your training progresses, allowing for well timed rest periods to help aid recovery and avoid injury.
